- Review the Program details
- Download and fill out all enrollment forms emailed to you by Intake Life Coach
- Fax a completed enrollment application to 602-404-9900.
(Once application is reviewed and accepted, you will be notified)
- Commit to an admission date
- Gather needed documents and belongings.

Enrollment can take place the same day. We work closely with you to plan the transition into and out of Life Coaching. This ensures that your child's best interest is served academically, socially, and spiritually.
