Your Parent Life Coach will be your lifeline of encouragement, a friend to debrief with and a mediator for your entire family.
Your Parent Life Coach will set up weekly phone appointments but you are welcome to make unscheduled calls anytime and if your Parent Life Coach is not available, your call will be returned at his/her earliest convenience.
Your child will reside in the home of a Home Life Coach whom will serve as a temporary legal guardian. The Youth Life Coach will mentor an average of three live-in students and an intern.
Home Life Coaches open their homes and are located in suburban communities throughout America. A normal family home within a family neighborhood deters "institutionalization" thereby giving your child the opportunity to live, learn and play within the context of a "real world" experience.

The Home Life Coach receives ongoing training and is held accountable to exemplify godly character and effective parenting skills.

$19,500 (90-Day Complete Life Coaching Package)
Three evaluations are included in the Complete Life Coaching Package. Evaluations are
performed with the parent(s) and life coach team members. The parent(s) are always honored
with the final decision. At each evaluation, it will be determined if the student should be
allowed a home pass/home reunification after the first two evaluations. The last evaluation will conclude in home reunification.
A Parenting Workshop Subscription utilizes some or all persons from a team of Life Coaches. They are all trained and certified through the Parenting Workshop Academy.
· A Treatment Life Coach employs the 5 Point Outpatient Treatment Plan with the Student.
· A Parent Life Coach will be assigned to the parent(s) as the main point of contact and undergo parenting training.
· A Parent Life Coach will be assigned to the foster parent/temporary legal guardian that was given custody.
· A School Life Coach guides the Student in their academic and/or vocational program.
· A Social Life Coach(es) informally befriends the Student and offers indirect mentoring through social relationship.
· A Pastoral Life Coach offers spiritual growth and Christian discipleship.
· A Career Life Coach is optional and can provide Student with a psychological employment assessment and career guidance.
· A Success Life Coach is seasoned in all areas of life and offers mentoring to all of the above coaches.

All traditional treatment programs measure success by outward behavior modification and completion of treatment duration. The biggest problem parents face is that their home will not have the same controlled environment as a "residential treatment program."
That is where A Treatment Life Coach and the 5- Point Treatment Plan comes into play. The custom treatment plan focuses on fostering heart change. Behavior modification is all about consequences and rewards or mind alteration drugs. What good is it to have an outwardly compliant child with a goal of just getting through a program in order to get back home?
A Treatment Life Coach is the answer to avoid traditional group homes or child welfare agencies. A Treatment Life Coach will measure success by the student's ability to show consistent growth and the ability to overcome life issues and resolve conflicts.

Stay informed on your very own private password protected parent support website. You will be able to acquaint yourself and communicate with the learning Life Coach, Home Life Coach and other Life Coaches like you would on any popular social network.
You'll also have access to a Life Coach directory with office phone numbers.
You will enjoy looking at "real time" reports, daily schedules, photos and videos of your child at play, school and home.
You can also give access to any family member, professional support person or pastor so they can give input as well.

Our private Christian school is not only a school for troubled teenagers but also caters to students whose parents are willing to be kept accountable for their child's adherence to Christian principles at home and in their private social life.
The school has various learning tracks that can be customized for almost any person. For example, one student may do well with our computerized curriculum while another may prefer books and written assignments.
Some students may need to opt out of school by taking a high school proficiency exam or passing the GED test in order to start college, work or vocational training.

A Social Life Coach has been certified through the Parenting Workshop Academy and most of the time is a young adult that can relate to the student.
The Social Life Coach is a peer mentor that informally befriends the student and offers indirect mentoring in an informal environment through social relationship. This is a great alternative to formal counseling which oftentimes falls short with youth.
The Social Life Coach and the student may hang out at a coffee shop, goe to the movies or enjoy some other casual activity. Defenses and emotional barriers are dropped and an openess to deal with root issues is accomplished.
