Hope For Teens Provides Treatment Services and Help For Troubled Teens and Loved Ones

Hope4Teens is a Christian referral source offering the best research in America and throughout the world for Christian treatment programs and transitional living arrangements for people in crisis.
We offer help by connecting parents of a troubled loved-one with a Supportive Christian Community (SCC). An SCC consists of housing from a certified Christian worker, referred to as a home pastor, a specialized Christian jr. and sr. high school or vocational school, a five-point spiritual treatment program called Second Chance, a Christian Life Coach, a team of peer mentor/friends referred to as an accountability team and a participating Christian church.
An SCC offers a therapeutical environment within a suburban residential community for 10 months during the regular school year. An SCC gives opportunity for a student to become functional within society and avoid becoming institutionalized. The goal is to instill values, character and life skills through an effective support system without the control levels of "care" and "supervision" required by traditional child welfare agencies and group homes.
Our ministry network includes:
The combined services and collaborative efforts of our network address the needs of the whole person by providing a whole solution addressing spiritual, emotional, social, academic, physical, and familial needs.
SCC's operate during the regular school year. Minors are required to return home for at least 2 months during the summer months.
In order for a K-12 school to be part of an SCC, it must be accredited with the National Association of Private Schools and be certified by the Leadership Institute.
The treatment and therapeutical philosophy weaved throughout all of the community components described is based upon Christian principles, the Word of God, prayer and evangelism.
Due to the overtly religious nature of an SCC, it does not qualify as a Child Welfare Agency or any other government licensed agency, mostly due to laws that keep Church and State seperate.
